Aceriter Management Consulting is a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB/EDWOSB) dedicated to helping organizations thrive in today’s complex and competitive environment. Operational since 2024, we combine the discipline of large-scale program management with the agility of a boutique consulting firm.

Meet Our Founder

Zakiya is the Founder and CEO of Aceriter Management Consulting, dedicated to helping organizations thrive in an era of rapid change. She began her career as an engineer in manufacturing operations at Lockheed Martin, where she built a foundation in technical problem-solving and operational excellence. Over 25 years, she transitioned into program management leadership roles, directing enterprise-wide transformations and advancing initiatives in technology innovation, operations, and analytics.

With a BS in Engineering, MS in Project Management, and PMP certification, Zakiya combines technical expertise with strategic insight to align people, processes, and technology. Known for her collaborative style and results-driven leadership, she partners with clients to solve complex challenges and position them for long-term success.

Outside of her professional work, Zakiya enjoys spending time with her family and their beloved fur baby, grounding her drive for excellence with personal joy and connection.

Aceriter's leadership has remarkable skills in bringing teams together to make critical decisions and execute corporate strategies.
